About Me

I am passionate about helping people achieve vibrant health and wellness. A graduate of the Santa Fe School of Massage, I use a heart-centered approach to bodywork that allows each client's natural healing process to unfold. I combine Craniosacral therapy, and Intuitive Presence bodywork, to create a unique session that clients have described as "profoundly relaxing", "magical", and "gentle, yet powerful and effective."

I was born and raised in Santa Fe - and am now based in Los Angeles. I am dedicating to serving my communities by offering massage to people at events like Camp Corazones (a summer camp for children and families affected by HIV/AIDS), Amma's Santa Fe Programs, Bollywood Club Invasion, The Women's Health Fair, Santa Fe Bandstand, and to educators at local schools.

I served as a bodywork educator sharing my knowledge and experience as an instructor at the Santa Fe School of Massage for ten years. My areas of expertise include: physiology, pathology, business, the healing quality of touch, and combining the powers of heart and intellect.

I spent many years as part of an Intuitive Presence Energy Work Clinic, where professional volunteers offered sessions by donation to help make Energy Work more accessible to the community. 

In addition, I’ve hosted a monthly guided meditation groups, and weekly Live "Tea and Tarot" readings on Facebook. I have also been a featured guest on KSFR's "Healthy Woman Radio" program!

When I’m not offering my healing services, I enjoy being in nature, practicing yoga, and hanging out with my two dogs and cat.
